Coach Julie Jones has been a dedicated volleyball coach at Savannah Christian since 1997 and was named Head Coach in 1998. Over the course of her career, she has led her teams to more than 800 wins, 20 Area/Region championships, and six State Final appearances. Her accomplishments have earned her numerous accolades, including GVCA Class A Coach of the Year in 2006 and Savannah Morning News Coach of the Year honors in 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2019. In 2024, she was inducted into the Greater Savannah Athletic Hall of Fame.

A proud SCPS alumna, Coach Jones earned her bachelor’s degree in Health & Physical Education from Georgia College & State University. She is married to Jeff Jones and is the proud mother of two daughters, Landon (Class of 2017) and Logan (Class of 2021), both of whom graduated from Savannah Christian and played four years of collegiate volleyball at Georgia Southern University.
