The Annual Fund

Build On 75 Years of Excellence at SCPS with a Gift to the Impact Fund

At Savannah Christian Preparatory School, we believe generosity is more than a financial gift. It is a reflection of who we are as a community and our shared commitment to the mission of our school. The Impact Fund is Savannah Christian's annual campaign which provides unrestricted dollars to enhance the student experience, support our teachers, and allow us to set aspirational goals to take our school from good to great.
We invite every SCPS family to participate in a way that is meaningful and proportional to their circumstances and abilities. When our community gives generously and participates together, it sends a powerful message that we are united in our commitment to SCPS and invested in providing the very best for our students.
We are deeply grateful for the ongoing support of our SCPS parents, alumni, grandparents, and friends, whose faithful generosity allows us to:
  • Enhance academic programs and spiritual development
  • Expand opportunities in arts and athletics
  • Maintain safe and inspiring learning environments
  • Provide tuition assistance for deserving families
Your generosity supports our mission of Developing the whole person to the glory of God and equips our students to become Christ-centered servant leaders.

The 2025-2026 Impact Fund: Investing in Safety and Security

Last year’s Impact Fund supported significant enhancements to campus safety and security, including the purchase and installation of more than 250 new state-of-the-art security cameras on one consolidated system, replacing decades of mismatched and outdated equipment. This update allows us to proactively monitor our campus and enables our in-house Campus Safety Team to respond quickly to events and emergencies.
We also purchased eight new automatic external defibrillators (AEDs) for key locations throughout campus, helping us prepare to respond quickly should a student, teacher, parent, or grandparent experience a medical emergency on campus.
These important investments were made possible through the generous support of our SCPS community and a matching gift from the Savannah Christian Foundation.

Frequently Asked Questions

List of 5 frequently asked questions.

  • When should I make my donation?

We are grateful for a gift made at any time during the year, however there will be several opportunities to participate in Giving Days throughout the 2026-2027 school year.
    These include:
    • 75 Hours of Impact: Celebrate SCPS’s 75th Birthday September 15th – 17th, 2026
    • Grandparent’s Day: November 20th
    • Giving Tuesday: December 1st
    • The 75th Anniversary Gala: Saturday February 6th, 2027
  • Why give when we already pay tuition?

Tuition covers the day-to-day cost of educating students. The Impact Fund and other annual giving initiatives allow SCPS to enhance programs, complete major projects, and plan confidently for the future, and pursue aspirational goals, all while helping keep tuition as affordable as possible.
  • Is my gift tax-deductible?

Yes. Donations to the Impact Fund support special programs and projects, and are fully tax-deductible, unlike tuition.
  • I can’t give much. Does my gift still help?

Absolutely. Every gift matters. When combined with the generosity of our broader Raider community, each contribution helps strengthen the learning environment for more than 1,200 students, families, teachers, and staff.
  • Is every family expected to participate in the Impact Fund?

Participation in the Impact Fund is never mandatory; however, we prayerfully ask that every SCPS family participate at a level that is comfortable for their circumstances. Our goal is 100% participation, because when every family gives, regardless of amount, it reflects a shared commitment to the mission of Savannah Christian and makes a meaningful impact for our community.

Join us in making SCPS stronger for every student.

The Annual Fund renews each fiscal year on July 1 through June 30.  All gifts are fully tax-deductible and are payable by June 30 so that they may be applied to the current year’s budget.  Unless specified, these gifts are unrestricted and available for immediate use in the areas of greatest need.
