Senior Suan Kim Named STAR Student
Congratulations to Suan Kim, who was recognized as SCPS' STAR student at the Kiwanis Club STAR Student Luncheon! Suan chose Allyson Faircloth '08, Honors Algebra 2, AP Precalculus, and AP Calculus teacher, as her STAR teacher.
The STAR student must be a Senior who earned the highest score on the SAT in a single sitting and ranked in the top 10% of their graduating class. To share in this recognition, recipients select the teacher who has been most instrumental in their academic development.
