Received Full Football Scholarship to Furman University ( 1977 - 1980 ) Furman university - Lettered as a Freshman and started on all special teams included returning kickoffs. 1978 Southern Conference Championship Team, led 1979 Furman team in receptions averaging 13 yds per reception Southern Conference Champions in 1980 4-year Letterman at Furman University 

Mark has continued his passion for Savannah Christian after graduation by supporting the school in numerous ways through his time, gifts, and unparalleled service. 

After years of service to Savannah Christian through his work on the Board of Directors and selfless giving of his resources, Mark owns and operates a local automotive service and sales business in Effingham County. While Mark's name is synonymous with excellence on the field of play in sports, he has developed an equally impressive name in business here in Savannah.
