ONLINE WORK PERMITS

Minors and employers are now responsible for completing their portions of work permits online. Please go the following website and follow the directions. Once the minor and employer have completed their portions, the student must present himself to one of the counselors at the Upper School. The counselor will complete the issuing officer information and submit the form to the Department of Labor.
