Homework

1. A lesson is taught each day in class. We do notes, examples, and then take a short quiz (PR) on the lesson.

2. There will be a problem set (PS), or part of a set, assigned each night, except for the nights when the students have a quiz that day in class.

3. If time is used wisely in class, most of the problem set can be finished in class, leaving only a small amount to do at home.

4. Try to let your child work the problems by themselves without your help or grading. I use the HW grades to let me know how your child is doing. If he or she has all 100s in HW grades, I’ll assume there is no problem.
