Annie Baldwin Receives Highly Competitive Golf Scholarship
Set to join Flying Fleet Erskine Golf Team

April 10, 2008 – Savannah Christian Preparatory School is proud to announce Catherine Anne “Annie” Baldwin has received a partial scholarship to play on the collegiate golf team for Erskine College. Annie will be one of the six ladies to play for this South Carolina Presbyterian College.

Annie will join her sister, a rising junior at Erskine College, but will not be left in the shadows. Annie’s golf career shines through as she and the entire SCPS Lady Raiders Golf team have won a state championship and a state runner-up title as well as three region championships and three city championships for the 2AA Division. She is a member of the Savannah Junior Golf Association All-Star Team and keeps her clubs and grades polished with a 3.2 GPA at SCPS. Not only is Erskine giving Annie a partial athletic scholarship, but they are offering her the Towers Academic Scholarship in order for her to fulfill her career path in business while attending Erskine.

Annie is the daughter of Mac and Catherine Baldwin of Savannah, Georgia.
