Savannah Christian Preparatory School’s golf team once again yields yet another star athlete who has the
opportunity to play on the collegiate level. Jason Groover signed a letter of intent to play golf for
Valdosta State University on Wednesday, April 26th.
With a current high school stroke average of 76, Jason has been a huge leader for this team that has produced some great players in the last several years. He is very athletic and has played golf from 9th to 12th grade and received recognition for his play. Along with his success in sports he has also made time for the Key Club in the 9, 10, 11 & 12th grades, and he continues to make academics a priority. Valdosta State University is the perfect place for Jason to continue to develop as an athlete and pursue a college degree.
