Reflections 2012 is coming! The SCPS spring Fine Arts Celebration, Reflections, is scheduled for the weekend of May 5, 2012. The exhibition will consist of performances from the SCPS Concert Band, SCPS Choruses, the Upper School drama class, as well as a display of art entries from Lower School, Middle School, and Upper School students. Here's the scoop...

What is it? A Celebration of the Arts of the students at SCPS

When is it? Saturday, May 5, 2012, beginning at 4:00 p.m.

Where is it? The Eckburg Center on the Chatham Parkway Campus

Who may participate? All Middle School and Upper School students may enter the exhibition.  Lower School entries are chosen per teacher criterion.

What can be entered in the exhibition? Entries in the following areas will be accepted: visual arts, photography, literary arts, web design, dance choreography, film/video, musical composition, and drama.

How may a student submit an entry? Students should read the rules and then fill out an entry form for the art area. The rules and entry form may be downloaded via the links below.

When may a students submit an entry? Deadline for entry is 3:00 p.m. on Friday, April 13, 2012

Where may a student submit an entry? In the Middle School or Upper School offices or to the art teachers, Ms. Richardson or Ms. Gray. Literature entries may be submitted to Mrs. Brinson (MS) or Mrs. Kelly (HS).
