The Pack 11 Cubs were able to test out the pilot seats and try their hand at the controls of U.S. Army Blackhawk, Apache Longbow, and Kiowa Scout rotorcraft.  In addition, the Army Aviators briefed the Scouts on the types of operations carried out by their team with these and other helicopters.  In return, the Scouts undoubtedly taught Officer Irwin and his team the importance of preflight checklists.

A big thank you to CW4 Lenny Irwin and all the outstanding aviators that gave their precious weekend time to enrich and amaze the Pack 11 Scouts and parents.  Also, thank you for serving America’s needs at home and overseas.
