The Savannah Christian Preparatory School (SCPS) EDEN Educational Center is a 501c(3) not-for-profit organization originally established by SCPS in 1992 to develop, improve, and preserve more than 180 acres of the school’s Chatham Parkway Campus as a natural classroom for environmental education.

When fully developed, EDEN will feature a Trailside Museum & Discovery Center, an Administrative & Conference Center, a Raptor & Herpetology Center, over two miles of wetland, woodland and streamside trails; a wetland boardwalk and wildlife observation tower, a wildflower meadow and greenhouse, a working organic garden; and a resident summer Eco-Camp program. EDEN is a National Wildlife Federation certified schoolyard wildlife habitat (Site #1752).
