The Office of Institutional Advancement works to advance the mission of Savannah Christian Preparatory School by cultivating support through fundraising and communications.

Our five primary fundraising initiatives include:

  • Annual Funds – yearly monies generated through charitable donations and annual fundraising activities and events, and expended on a vast array of annual programming needs. Above and beyond tuition and fee payments, we need every SCPS family to contribute to our Annual Funds every year.
  • Capital Campaign – ongoing funds raised for capital improvements to the school, including buildings and furnishings, fields, roads, and land. SCPS currently has more than $42,000,000 in capital projects under way or planned in our near future.
  • Endowments – charitable gifts designated toward scholarships or other specific purposes. Our current endowment fund needs to grow significantly in order to meet the long term needs of students and the school.
  • Grants – charitable gifts typically from foundations given toward specific projects or initiatives.
  • Planned Giving – income from persons who have included SCPS in their estate plans. Persons who include SCPS in their will offer support beyond their lifetime that will make a lifetime of difference in the lives of hundreds, and even thousands of other people.

Our primary communications initiatives include:

  • The Raider magazine - quarterly publication sent to all SCPS family and friends on our mailing list.
  • E-Raider - monthly newsletter published online with a monthly e-mail reminder and link sent to everyone on our e-mail lists.
  • Web site - information and tools available online continuously at www.savcps.com.
